Job description
The Mind People is the destination for mental health treatment when conventional therapy approaches have fallen short.
We specialize in the Psychoanalytic modality, a specialized, in-depth form of psychotherapy, and we’re looking to add a team member to our Oakville clinic who will support our mental health team and patients.
Your role will be the Clinic Administrator and Consultation Care Coordinator.
This role is a great opportunity for those perusing a career the mental health or healthcare field. It’s In-person at our Oakville clinic, and you’ll have a full array of training and additional supports to help you grow.
In this role, you’ll earn fundamental experience working with mental health professionals and patients first hand, and you’ll be asked to perform at a high level.
Areas of Responsibility:
-Support patients directly with a high level customer care
-Manage and respond to calls, emails and inquiries
-Provide In-person & Virtual consultations for prospective patients (Training Provided)
-Perform courtesy follow-ups with patients
-Manage patient bookings
-Perform a wide range of clinic related administrative tasks as required
-Work alongside the marketing team to provide support as needed (Meetings, note taking, reports, social media, events, special initiatives ect…)
More:
-Part-time on weekends.
-Experience in sales, social media, content creation, event planning or marketing would be an asset.
Prerequisites:
-Bachelor Degree an asset
- Experience in administration and use of administrative and clinic software (Booking software, Google Drive, Zoom ect…)
-Clinic experience an asset
-In-Person
-Creativity will be highly considered
