Important clinic appointment Cancelation information
Cancellation is considered an appointment canceled when notice of cancellation is given more than 48 business (clinic) hours prior to the appointment. For example, if Monday is a stat holiday and a patient/client wants to cancel their Tuesday 1pm appointment, then to provide 48 business hours notice the patient/client would have to cancel on Friday before 1pm.
Late Cancellation is considered an appointment canceled when notice of cancellation is given within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
No-Show is considered an appointment that has not been canceled and the patient/client did not show up to the appointment.
Policy
Patients/Clients must provide 48 business hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment if they wish to cancel
In the event of a late cancellation, cancellation fees will be processed using the credit card information on file.
